3. Provision of Services

3.1. Developtimization.com starts working on the project upon receiving prepayment. The amount of prepayment is specified individually with the client. The client is charged the remaining payment upon completion of the project.

3.2. If applicable hosting, domain name registration and advertising fees are charged separately

3.3. Additional services come at additional fees on a fixed price or an hourly rate basis. If the client requires any additional services the agreed fee is added to his/her invoice and is charged accordingly.

3.4. Delays in project completion may occur when:

a. There is a delay in any payments;

b. The client requests further changes in the design, structure, or content of the project;

c. The client purchases any additional service related to the project;

d. There is a delay in the receiving any materials form the client.

3.5. Services or parts of services (elements of a project) that have been approved by the client are considered as such with which the client is satisfied. Any further work on these elements of the project will be invoiced accordingly.

4. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the services provided by Developtimization.com, please report this to us as soon as possible at support@developtimization.com.
